This and That.....

Hope everyone is having a wonderful weekend. Mine is full of yard work that has been put off too long. But sometimes that works out just fine.

This past fall, I didn’t have time to trim back my roses. And then again this spring…something else always came up. So I let the roses go. They surprised with me with the most beautiful display ever!

As I’m sure you know, I’m a pink rose girl…but oh my, I just love these yellow roses! Such a cheery color!

Ya know I have to sneak in a pink rose!

I wanted to let you know that the June boxes from Shabby Shops in a Box are ready! Check them out at Claudia’s blog. I can’t wait to receive mine!

A big CONGRATULATIONS to my friend Denise from My Vintage Gardens! She is such a talented lady and now as added photography to her list of accomplishments. She is being featured on Fiona and Twig. Go see her work. It’s amazing!

And don’t forget to sign up for email notifications of my blog posts. I found this feature on several other blogs and it’s so convenient! The sign up is at the top right. And make sure you check your spam folder for the verification/authorization email to start your subscription.

I'm taking advantage of the amazingly beautiful weather we’re having, so back to my yard work! Can’t wait to have sweet peas to show you! Have a blessed weekend my friends!

  1. Hi Holly - your roses are gorgeous. Mine were pretty early on, but now the leaves are falling off along with the rose petals- I didn't spray. I'm excited about Shabby Shops in a Box too! Congrats on winning one of the boxes. I think the boxes are going to be a hit.
