After a week of cold, rainy weather I was surprised to find a lot of hot Hungarian peppers still thriving on the plants in my garden. So I gratefully picked them and stuffed them with hot sausage and Monterey jack cheese. Yum!!!
Next week is suppose to be sunny and warm, so I’m looking forward to some more along with green peppers and a few tomatoes. Amazing for this time of the year!
Oh those peppers look wonderful..you sent me the recipe once. I have to pick my peppers and chilies tomorrow. I am craving yours tho!
